the great slumdog millionare!!!!!!!!!!!! Jai Hooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this blog because I want to know why I m not happy with the "great" slumdog millionaire when rest of the world is going crazy on movie; especially Indians.

What I feel that this movie is just a one time watcher and nothing more than that. Through out the movie I always felt that it was the usual European and American mentality of feeling happy when they make fun of us (Indians). Om Shanti Om was a unbelievable film, but this film is unrealistic. Please see the below points:-

1) Slum, poverty, the show 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' … all three are there in UK, then what was the need to come over India and make the movie ? Infact Britain is having all the problems as in India. There was no need to show India if it was adoption of a book.
2) Why the movie name is Slumdog? Even if it was based on the book, but in reality, no one knew about this book till date !
3) Why the anchor uses the word Slumdog and Chaiwala to a contestant when it's a well known fact that Amithabh & SRK were so good to contestants. This portraits a wrong picture of Indians and even to those who are celebrities !! Does movie want to show the Indians are like that only?
4) Why making humor of poverty by showing a kid jumping into shit? How many kids will do this in India?
5) What is the foolish way to show a kid standing in between the road with Rama getup especially when riots are going on. Can't he just show a hording instead of that ..? And anyway all the non-hindus know about the answer.
6) Chances are very few for a person who is a sadakchap criminal to know a poets name, especially if its for a Bhajan like shown in film…Bhajan of Surdas !! Also the movie does not reveals the name 'Surdas' and suddenly its shown that he got the answer !! ah !! There can be more than 100 way to show it in better way.
7) Tell me a single person who has seen a beggar inside the Taj!!!!!!!! hahahaha.. or a thief who is totally clueless about his whereabouts ! what can he know about history and monuments and still its shown suddenly that he guides foreigners and speaks fluent English ! uh !
8) Most imp , for the English version, all should speak English throughout the film or else completely not even once , but with subtitles ! how can both be there in the film…. When they are kids they speak chalu hindi, and when a bit grown, a nice fluent English with british accent ! what a crap !!!
9) In which part of India a kid can enter a show in-between and can steal the purse and bags, aur wo bhi Taj Mahal main.....!!!!!
10) No where in India, especially after many terrorism attacks, can a person enter coolly inside an Airport and play on the runway ! This is the most crappiest part of the film and it starts with this !! Playing cricket on the runway was really foolish.
11) Why Anil Kapoor was feeling bad on his win??? (actually he should have acted like Amitabh was in the real show ! more because the director wanted to show the "Real India"….)
12) Why everyone's character is shown BAD in the film except two great foreigners who helped the kid........maybe they were britishers ;-)
13) Reason for the revolver answer was really unrealistic.
14) When plot of movie is based on a well known program how can they show that program is LIVE…. and anyway telecasting a program LIVE like, KBC is not possible!
15) And the big one… what 80% of American don't know.. wo hamare yaha ka 5 saal ka blind bachcha janta hai ... haha haha...... itna to sala benjamin franklin ka ladka bhi nahi janta hoga.....as if he gets $100 note every dayJ.. infact when I was watching movie..i knew all the answer except this Benjamin franklin and last one….and tell me who all of you knew the correct answer conformingly !!

To be frank, if seen carefully, the whole movie is unrealistic with the intention to make fun of Indians and show our poverty in a filthy way, which has been always there 'masala' topic to watch and laugh.
I am not denying on the fact – ' Indian poverty ' but this film could have been made in UK also….. Jai Hooooooooo!!!!!!!!! :)
